Only Colombia has registered 1,143,992 cases of people with some degree of visual impairment, who account for 43.5% of the country's total disability, according to data released a few years ago at an international seminar held in Bogotá. The offer also extends to the Closed Caption that will not have to be paid if the studios are asked to subtitle a movie or a complete series.
In short, only traditional dubbing and subtitling services will be paid at the normal rate offered by DLM International Studios, and the CC and the audio description for the blind will not have to be paid.
